Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026. We collect very little, we use it only to respond to you and run this website, and we never sell it.

The short version

  • We collect only what you send us through the contact form, plus the basic technical information every website receives.
  • We use it to respond to you, to understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site running and secure.
  • We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
  • The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. Our visitor statistics are anonymous and aggregated.
  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

SPARK Industries Corporation ("SPARK," "we," "us"), a Maryland corporation, operates sparkindustriescorp.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Questions about it go to info@sparkindustriescorp.com.

Information you give us

When you contact us through the Partner form, we receive what you enter: your name and email address and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, LinkedIn profile, the problem you want to discuss, what you can bring to an evaluation, and how you want to work with us. If you email us directly, we receive your message and contact details.

Please don't send confidential, export-controlled, health, or other sensitive information through the website. If a conversation needs it, we'll arrange an appropriate channel and agreement.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. These server logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems, and are kept only for a limited period.

Search on this site runs in your browser. Search terms can appear in the page address and therefore in those server logs, but we don't otherwise record them.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal identifiers. For each page view it records the page address, the referring website, approximate location (country, region, and city), browser, operating system, device type, and time.

Visits are counted using a temporary identifier derived from the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we see aggregated statistics only, never an individual's browsing history. We remove search terms and other details from page addresses before they're recorded.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our fonts are served from our own site. Because we don't track you or sell your information, there's nothing to opt out of; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by default. If this ever changes, we'll update this policy before the change takes effect.

How we use information

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up on a possible engagement
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the website
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights, our visitors, and our systems

How we share information

We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only as needed to run this website and respond to you:

  • Service providers that process it on our behalf: our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), our form-delivery service (Formspree), and our business email provider
  • People within SPARK who need it to respond to you
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • A successor organization if SPARK is involved in a merger or acquisition, which must continue to honor this policy

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond and to manage any relationship that follows. Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or give you a copy of your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Email info@sparkindustriescorp.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking. We confirm the request comes from you before acting on it.

In some places, including California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, local law gives you additional rights. We honor these requests wherever you live. Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you send us and in operating a secure, useful website. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep sensitive information out of website forms.

Where information is processed

SPARK is based in the United States. Our service providers process information in the United States and, in some cases, other countries, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact info@sparkindustriescorp.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so clearly on this page.
